- The organization reserves the right to deny admission without explanation
2. Course Format & Access
- Applicants may choose between fully online and hybrid formats
- Online access includes recorded lectures, downloadable materials, and live sessions
- In-person attendance may be required for specific workshops or assessments
- Switching formats mid-course may require approval or incur a fee
3. Fees & Payment
- Full payment due before course start unless installment plans are offered
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or digital wallets
- Refund policy: partial refund if withdrawal occurs before a set deadline; no refund after the course begins
- Discounts may apply for early registration, group enrollment, or referrals
4. Course Completion & Certification
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of all modules and assessments
- Minimum attendance or participation required is 80% of sessions
- Online students must submit assignments and attend live sessions to qualify
- No certificate for incomplete or failed attempts
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
- All course materials are proprietary and for personal use only
- Students may not reproduce, share, or resell content
- Projects submitted may be used for promotional purposes with consent
6. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior expected in all interactions (forums, live sessions, in-person classes)
- Plagiarism, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in expulsion
- Online platforms monitored for compliance with conduct policies
7. Technical Requirements (for Online Students)
- Stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone required
- Recommended browser and software specifications provided
- Organization is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data collected for course administration and communication
- Data may be used for internal analytics or marketing (with opt-out options)
- No third-party sharing without consent
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Organization may cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
- Students will be notified in advance and offered alternatives
- In-person classes may shift online if necessary (e.g., public health concerns)
10. Limitation of Liability
- No guarantees of job placement or career advancement.
- However, a special session will be dedicated to job search and possible advancement
- Organization not liable for personal loss, injury, or technical failure
- Students are responsible for their own learning outcomes
